A typed letter on a letterhead for the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Wiggins confirms that Mr. Russell's earlier letter has been received and thanks him for his application and check. Mr. Wiggins acknowledges Mr. Russell's suggestions and states that Mr. Russell has been placed on the Excursion Committee. Mr. Wiggins also states that Mr. Russell will be notified when a meeting of the committee is arranged. With creases, early signs of foxin, and minor acid burns, the object is in good condition overall.
