A letter from G.D.M. to W.Z. Foster. 27 December 1916. In response to an earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1263), Mr. M. explains that a 90-day sole agency contract must be produced before the company can sell Mr. Foster's property. Mr. M. states that Mr. Foster can visit the office during the holidays to discuss this matter. With minor wear, a rust stain, and moderate acid burns, the object is in good condition overall.
