A letter from G.O. Barnett in Imperial, California to Russell & Maple in Whittier, California. 7 January 1922. Mr. Barnett, having seen Mr. Hart's advertisement (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1598), explains that he has a 72 acre alfalfa ranch, and that he would like to know the location of the advertised walnut ranch as well as whether it is clear. With pin holes, creases, minor foxing, stains, a minor tear, and moderate discoloration, the object is in good to fair condition overall.
