A letter from G.S. Eby in Los Angeles, California to Grover T. Russell in Whittier, California. 10 July 1922. Mr. Eby states that, having failed to meet with Mr. Mabel, he took it upon himself to learn the name of the Heirchan property's owner for Mr. Russell. Mr. Eby then states that both places are vacant now that Mr. Dorsey has left, and that the price is $2,500 on terms of $500 cash with the balance at 7% interest. With severe and moderate acid burns; minor foxing; creases; and wrinkling, the object is in fair condition overall.
