Description
A letter from G.T. Rider, President of the Fox Ridge Realty Company, in Lindsay, California to Russell & Maple in Whittier, California. 28 May 1921. A two page, typed letter on a letterhead for the Fox Ridge Realty Company. Mr. Rider explains that his company has a client who is willing to trade several real estate holdings for income or walnut properties in desirable Southern Californian cities. The client's holdings include rentals and 3 houses in San Jose; a contract on an 80 acre alfalfa ranch; and a second mortgage on 40 acres of land. Mr. Rider states that the client would like to trade for real estate worth $50,000 or $60,000 and assume the difference. Mr. Rider asks for Mr. Russell and Mr. Maple to reply and discuss any suitable offerings they have. With creases, wrinkling, pin holes, ink stains, minor foxing, yellowing, and pencil markings, the object is in good condition overall.
