Description

A letter from G.T. Rider, President of the Fox Ridge Realty Company, in Lindsay, California to Russell & Maple in Whittier, California. 8 February 1921. A typed letter on a letterhead for the Fox Ridge Realty Company. Mr. Rider states that his company has a client with a 62 acre ranch near Strathmore that is planted to alfalfa and olives. Mr. Rider also states that the property has a 6 room house and is priced at $350 per acre. Mr. Rider explains that the client will trade for a smaller property as long as it is closer to Mr. Russell and Mr. Maple's location, and that he is willing to take a mortgage back for half of his ranch's value. Mr. Rider asks for Mr. Russell and Mr. Maple to respond and specify whether they can make any suitable propositions. With creases, minor acid burns, minor foxing, and possible silverfish damage, the object is in good condition overall.
