A written letter where Geo R. Perry requests information and a descriptive folder for North Whittier Heights, which he saw an advertisement for in the Examiner on the 1st of February. Mr. Perry would also like information of land south of Indio, California. The letter is written on a piece of paper folded in half.
There are creases from the letter being folded, and the back has abrasion damage along the fold. This object is in good condition overall.
