A letter (b-i) from George H. Woodruff to Milton Kauffman, 15 March 1928 with a cover letter (a) to Walter P. Temple, 15 March 1928. The Kauffman letter is eight pages and lays out Woodruff's assessment of the condition of the Temple Estate Company and giving two alternatives to salvaging some of the Temple estate. The cover letter to Temple was informing him of the letter to Kauffman and enclosing this copy.
