The letter was sent with the contract for Lot 11 in tract 2472 of North Whittier Heights for them to assign the land to Jason J. Ortega. Lucy Finch's son sold the property to Mr. Ortega. Mr. Russell would like Mrs. Finch to assign the contract on the back in front of a Notary Public, and send the contract back with the Notary's documents. There is a second page, which is notes of how much money has been paid. $149.42 to O.M. Finch, $645.56 to the Whittier Extension Company and $379.12 paid to Ortega from T.E. Dishman, totalling $1174.10.
