Description

A letter from Grover T. Russell of the Whittier Extension Company in Los Angeles, California to H. Damerel in Covina, California. 3 November 1915. A typed letter on a letterhead for Edwin G. Hart of the Whittier Exension Company. Mr. Russell states that, although a previous client elected not to buy Mr. Damerel's property due to his fears about World War I, which Mr. Russell refers to as the European War, Mr. Damerel still has the option of listing his property with the Whittier Extension Company. Mr. Russell encourages Mr. Damerel to respond with his price and terms of sale for the property if he is interested. On the right side of the document, there is a handwritten note in ink from Mr. Damerel. Mr. Damerel clarifies that he is no longer interested in selling his property. With an acid burn, foxing, and creases, the object is in good condition overall.
