Description

A letter from H. Henrick in Los Angeles, California to Grover T. Russell in Los Angeles, California. 4 December 1918. A two page, typed letter. Mr. Henrick confirms that he has received Mr. Russell's earlier letter, and states that his 80 acre ranch is a few miles away from Ontario and Corona. Mr. Henrick explains that the ranch has about 35 acres of alfalfa, 20 acres of corn, 10 acres of beans, and 4 acres of milo maize while the rest is pasture land. Mr. Henrick also mentions that the property has a 5-room house. Mr. Henrick goes on to describe his 10 acre orange grove, which lies between Pomona and Ontario. Mr. Henrick prices the ranch at $40,000 and the grove at $25,000. With creases, minor foxing, minor acid burns, folds, wrinkling, and a dog-eared corner, the object is in good condition overall. However, the paper material of the document is naturally brittle.
