Description
A letter from H. McDowell in Long Beach, California to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California, 6 June 1913. Mr. McDowell saw the advertisement for North Whittier Heights in the "Tribune" and is wondering if there is a 1 or 2 acre tract within easy reach of an electric or steam road where he can grow berries and raise chickens and ducks. If there is such land he would like a descriptive folder and cost per acre. With creases and pieces missing, the object is in good overall condition.
