Description
A letter on letterhead from Frederick Sterns and Company, H.A. Stearns writes to Grover T. Russell in Los Angeles, California, 7 March 1913. Mr. Stearns thanks Mr. Russell for the information and map of North Whittier Heights, but is too busy to invest in an orchard at this time. Mr. Stearns will talk to his brother and the secretary of the company to see if they are interested in purchasing orchard land. Soil information is requested. With an acid burn, a piece missing, creases, dent from a paper clip and straight pin, and rust, the object is in good overall condition.
