Ruess & Company, a real estate and investments company. Mr. Ruess would like for Mr. Russell to help sell his 55 acres of land in the Charter Oak District, 13 acres of which are planted to citrus and 10 acres of which are suitable for walnut production. Mr. Ruess prices the property at $6,000 on the terms of half cash and half mortgage at 7% interest for 3 years, and he guarantees that Mr. Russell will receive a $400 commission for securing a buyer. Mr. Ruess adds that the property is prospective oil land, and also asks that Mr. Maple assist in the search for a buyer. With creases, pin holes, a rust stain, and minor yellowing, the objects are in good condition overall.
