Description

A letter from H.M. Jordan in Whittier, California to Mr. Grover. 8 July 1915. A handwritten letter on a letterhead for Jordan Citrus Nurseries. Mr. Jordan apologizes for not having Mr. Grover's fertilizer ready, but promises it to deliver it on Saturday. Mr. Jordan also states that he is preparing a $200 water check and that Mr. Lewis is in need of more irrigation water, which he is willing to pay extra for. Mr. Jordan gives Mr. Grover permission to sell lot 92 for $1500 per acre, but reserves his $3000 nursery stock and terms of sale. With creases, minor foxing, an acid burn, and two minor stains, the object is in good condition overall.
