Description
A letter from H.W.R. Strong in Los Angeles, California to G.T. Russell. 29 March 1917. A handwritten letter on a letterhead for the Hotel Alexandria. Mr. Strong offers an arrangement to Mr. Russell regarding a particular property. If Mr. Strong is able to make his property line straight on the east end of his section, he states that Mr. Russell could receive 24 acres of land at $2,400 per acre with a 5 percent discount. Mr. Strong provides a small illustration of how he would like to divide the land. With creases, minor acid burns, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
