A letter from H.W.R. Strong of Ranchito del Fuerte in Los Angeles, California to G.T. Russell. 6 June 1917. A handwritten letter on a letterhead for H.W.R. Strong. Mr. Strong proposes that he can sell a portion of land for $1,900 per acre with its crop or $1,700 per acre without its crop to straighten about 22 acres of the property line. Mr. Strong notes that the land has a pipeline and that a sale would include water rights. Mr. Strong states that he will focus on the oil lands at another time. With creases, minor acid burns, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
