Description

A letter from Harry Woodward in Sunnyvale, California to Grover T. Russell in Los Angeles, California. 22 February 1918. In response to Mr. Russell's previous letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1432), Mr. Woodward confirms that he would like to sell his orange grove for a clear property that is in or near Los Angeles. Mr. Woodward states that he will have W.E. Cromwell call Mr. Russell in order to give a complete description of the property. There are handwritten calculations on the back side of the letter, but they have become heavily smudged. With creases, rust stains, two pin holes, minor acid burns, minor foxing, and a minor tears, the object is in good condition overall.
