Description

A letter from Hart & Sinsabaugh, Managing Agents for the Realty Investors Company of Southern California in Los Angeles, California to W.H. Crook in Whittier, California. 11 November 1916. The author gives details regarding a tentative prosposition submitted to Mr. Crook by Edwin G. Hart. The author explains that, if the prosposition is approved by the board of directors, the company will exchange its 9.18 acre property in the Warwickshire Heights tract, priced at $9,180, for two lots in Whittier, priced at $3,000. The author then summarizes the payment terms for the remaining $6,180 balance. With creases, pin holes, minor acid burns, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
