A letter from in Ad. Ehinger in New York to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 1 May 1917. Mr. Ehinger states that he would like for Mr. Hart to take care of his 7.5 acre farm at La Fortuna Farms in Rancho La Puente. Mr. Ehinger explains that 6.25 acres of the property have been planted to orange and lemon trees. In the case that Mr. Hart cannot care for the property, Mr. Ehinger asks that he recommend someone who can. With folds, creases, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
