A letter from J.B. Case in Fullerton, California to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 9 June 1915. A two page, handwritten letter. Mr. Case, having taken a potential buyer to see one of Mr. Hart's advertised properties, would like full information about the land. Mr. Case feels that he can make a 10 acre sale for Mr. Hart, though he expects a comission for his work. With acid burns on the first page, staple holes in the top left corners of both pages, creasing, and possible foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
