A letter from J.D. Prewitt in Bowie, Arizona to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 13 August 1917. Mr. Prewitt states that he has three lots which he would like for Mr. Hart to sell: lots 9, 10, and 11 in Block 9 of Belle Vernon Acres. Mr. Prewitt prices the lots at $900 cumulatively and explains that they are located on the Long Beach line, have water, and are paid up on their taxes. With creases, moderate acid burns, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
