Description
A letter from J.G. Finfrock in Hynes, California to Grover T. Russell in Whittier, California. 23 May 1921. Mr. Finfrock states that he looked through blueprints but was not able to find certain tracts of land which Mr. Russell had inquired about. Nevertheless, Mr. Finrock explains that the tracts are allegedly two miles south of Hynes and tend to be covered in water when there is rainfall. Mr. Finfrock offers his continued assistance in finding and estimating the prices of these properties. With creases, minor foxing, minor silverfish damage, pencil markings, and browning, the object is in fair condition overall.
