A letter from J.K. Huston of C.G. Brown Company in Pasadena, California to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 17 November 1917. A typed letter on a letterhead for the C.G. Brown Company. Mr. Brown states that the company is enclosing a description of three properties that they would like to exchange for an orange grove near Whittier. Mr. Brown asks if Mr. Hart has any suitable properties that he can submit to the company.
