A letter from J.M. Frazier in Hemet, California to the Whittier Extension Company in Los Angeles, California. 29 April 1914.
A written letter in which J.M. Frazier writes that he has received the contract and receipt for the water certificate. Also, he has 2 or 3 parties he is trying to sell some North Whittier Heights land to and if he does he will get 5% commission on each. Mr. Frazier is hoping the prices and list of unsold lots is up to date and plans to be in the office next week with a potential sale.
There are heavy creases from the letter being folded, brown spots on the right edge, discoloration on the right side, creases on the left corners, and abrasion damage along the folds both front and back. This object is in good condition overall.
