Description
A letter from J.M. Frazier in Hemet, California to the Whittier Extension Company in Los Angeles, California. 4 August 1914.
A written letter stating that J.M. Frazier is interested in buying Lot 96 in North Whittier Heights. He would also like to know if there are water rights and what the interest is on property.
There are creases from the lettering being folded, small tears on the left side, a brown spot on the bottom left, holes in the top left corner from a straight pin, feathering along the top left edge, probably from being torn from a notepad, and there is abrasion damage along the folds, both front and back. This object is in fair condition overall.
