Description
A letter from J.M. Frazier in Hemet, California to W.H. Crook in Whittier, California. 15 April 1914.
A written letter from J.M. Frazier stating that he has yet to receive his contracts for property that he bought in North Whittier Heights. It has been almost 2 weeks since he has bought the land and has heard nothing. He believes that it is up to Mr. Crook to make sure the papers are forthcoming.
There are heavy creases from the letter being folded, a fold of the bottom right corner and right side, a tear on the right side, a brown line across the top, light creases on the left side and the back has abrasion damage along the folds. This object is in fair condition overall.
