A letter from J.P. Quigley in Oakland, California to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 20 October 1913.
A written letter in which J.P. Quigley is asking for information on North Whittier Heights. He would like information on prices, water conditions, title on water, soil depth, quality, elevation, proximity to the foothills, terms, and interest rate on deferred payments. In a post script it is noted that Mr. Quigley will be in the Los Angeles area within 30 days.
There is browning on the top and the right edge, heavy creases from being folded, a small piece missing from the right side, and the back has abrasion damage along the edges. This object is in good condition overall.
