A letter from J.R. Stanley of the Buckskin Manufacturing Company in Evansville, Indiana to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 6 May 1916. Mr. Stanley would like to sell 10 and a half acres of land in Los Angeles County which he purchased five years earlier for $550 an acre. Mr. Stanley asks Mr. Hart what the land, which is now planted to apricots, peaches, and other fruits, can be sold for. With creases, wear, a tear, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
