A letter from J.S. Ambrose to an unknown recipient. 9 April 1915. Mr. Ambrose is interested in a 22 and a half acre Whittier property for lemons which is priced at $450 per acre. Mr. Ambrose asks for information regarding where the property is located and whether it can be seen in an automobile. Mr. Ambrose states that he is currently visiting a friend in Pasadena. With a crease from top to bottom, one from left to right, an acid burn, and discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
