Description
A letter from J.W. Hendricks in Lakeland, Florida to E.G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 13 March 1918. Mr. Hendricks states that he has learned about the sale of his property at Puente, which was handled by Mr. Hart. Mr. Hendricks would like Mr. Hart handle more of his real estate: lots 1 and 2 in block 31 of another property. Thus, Mr. Hendricks briefly describes where the lots are located and asks what commission Mr. Hart would take if he sells them. With creases and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
