Description
A letter from John C. Brainard in Pasadena, California to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 15 February 1915. Mr. Brainard explains that he toured the North Whittier Heights property with a prospective buyer, Mr. Dundor of the Dorn & Sykes Company, and later received a call from Mr. Sykes of the same company. Mr. Brainard will let Mr. Hart decide whether he wants to deal with the prospective buyers directly or if he wants to send a portion of the comission to Mr. Brainard. Mr. Brainard also notes that he has asked Mr. Wallace's office to call a meeting of the Valencia Heights Land Company. There is minor creasing on the document and a stain along the top left side. The object is in good condition overall.
