Description
A letter from Junius Henri Browne in San Francisco, California to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 31 January 1916. A two page, typed letter on a letterhead for Junius Henri Browne. In response to an earlier letter from Mr. Hart, Mr. Browne states that he paid $2,000 for the lot in block E and $1650 and $1600 for the two lots in block D of the Michillinda tract. Since Mr. Brown has left Los Angeles and is now living in San Francisco, he wishes to sell these lots, which have been planted to walnut trees. Mr. Brown would like to either get cash for these lots or trade them for property in Northern California. Mr. Brown would like for Mr. Hart to submit any reasonable offers that are made on the lots. Mr. Brown also requests that a "for sale" sign be put up if one is not already present. With creases, minor acid burns, minor foxing, and pin holes, the objects are in good condition overall.
