Description
A letter from L. Simandy in Los Angeles, California to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. ca. November 1913.
A written letter where L. Simandy asks for full information on North Whittier Heights acres. The top write corner has "Nov" written in pencil. Because of this, and it being with letter from 1913, it is assumed that this letter is from November 1913. The back gas the word North
There is a heavy crease from the letter being folded, feathering along the bottom (seems like a piece of paper torn in half), abrasion damage along the top, minor creases on the right side (probably from being handled), holes in the top left corner from a straight pin, and the back has abrasion damage along the fold. This object is in good condition overall.
