Description
A letter from L.M. Blankenhorn in Pasadena, California to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 19 January 1917. A typed letter on a letterhead for the Blankenhorn-Hunter Company. Mr. Blankenhorn states that he had trouble understanding Mr. Hart's earlier letter; thus, Mr. Blankenhorn asks for clarification regarding lots 107 and 58 in North Whittier Heights. Mr. Blankenhorn would like to know whether the lots have been sold. If they are no longer available, then Mr. Blankenhorn would also like to be informed about any 5 to 10 acre, 4 year old Valencia groves in the area. With creases, minor and severe acid burns, moisture damage, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
