Description
A letter from L.T. Graves in Pasadena, California to Grover T. Russell in Los Angeles, California. 26 April 1918. A typed letter on a letterhead for L.T. Graves. Mr. Graves acknowledges that he did not reply to Mr. Russell's earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1448) regarding the 15 acre orange grove in Covina. Mr. Graves explains that he instead asked A.L. Brush, who is both his friend and the property owner, to give all pertinent information to Mr. Russell. Mr. Graves offers to provide additional information if needed, and also offers to help arrange any forthcoming deal. A note and calculations have been handwritten onto the back side of the document, but the text has become heavily smudged. With creases, two holes, minor yellowing, minor foxing, and a minor tear, the object is in good condition overall.
