A letter from L.W. Mayo in Pasadena, California to Grover T. Russell in Los Angeles, California. 17 March 1916. In response to Mr. Russell's earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1039), Mr. Mayo states that he is still willing to consider a cash sale or exchange for his 5 and a quarter acre property in the Orchard Dale tract. Mr. Mayo values the property at $800 per acre, but is willing to take less for a cash deal. Mr. Mayo clarifies that he has received an offer on the property; however, he does not find it to be satisfactory. Mr. Mayo would like Mr. Russell to confer with his client about purchasing the property, and tells him to coonsider the property as being for sale until further notice. With creases, a minor acid burn, a minor hole, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
