Description

A letter from Louis H. Didier, Vice President of the First National Bank of Puente, in Puente, California to Russell & Maple in Whittier, California. 18 November 1919. In response to an earlier letter from Mr. Russell and Mr. Maple, Mr. Didier states that he is enclosing a listing card with this letter regarding his North Whittier Heights property. Mr. Didier explains that the property is priced at $22,500, and that the terms of sale are one half cash down with the balance at 7% interest for one year. Mr. Didier adds that he would like for the listing to be withdrawn on December 15th, 1919 so that he can pursue different arrangements. With moderate acid burns, creases, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
