Description

A letter from Ludwig Gossmann in Los Angeles, California to Grover Russell. 22 January 1915. Mr. Gossmann explains that he has no desire to lease the walnut grove. Mr. Gossmann feels that Mr. Russell and Mr. Cheney have misevaluated the walnut grove and that the price of the property should be lowered by $11,000. On the back of the letter, Mr. Gossmann shows the calculations that he made in order to determine the misevaluation. There are staple holes in the top right corner and two creases across the document. The object is in good condition overall.
