Description

A letter from Luther H. Ingersoll in Los Angeles, California to Walter P. Temple in Alhambra, California, 30 November 1921. In the typewritten letter, Ingersoll states that transcripts of legal proceedings and boundaries for the Temple School District have been enclosed with this letter; that he has sent someone to find the title record for the old La Puente School District; and that he has sent a request for the "Battle of San Gabriel" engraving. Ingersoll also states that Mr. Woodruff is away until December 1, and that he is unsure of the status regarding Dr. Worden's program. In a handwritten postscript, he explains that Temple will receive a copy of the proceedings for changing the name of the La Puente district to the Temple district. With creases, minor foxing, and minor discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
