Description
A letter from Luther H. Ingersoll to the Rev. Henry W. Gross, 21 April 1921. This missive, a copy forwarded to Walter P. Temple, informed Gross that Ingersoll completed and sent historical information concerning the Temple, Workman and Rowland families and the Puente Valley and asked Gross to let him know if any historical data was needed. Ingersoll added that a blank space was left for the blessing date of St. Nicholas' Chapel at El Campo Santo Cemetery at the Homestead because Gross was presumed to have that date. With heavy creasing, folds, edge tears and dogeared sections, soiling and a stain or two, the condition is fair.
