A letter from Martin Olsen in Sierra Madre, California to Edwin G. Hart, 26 May 1913. Mr. Olsen received the letter and map from Mr. Hart, but is looking for cheaper land to grow alfalfa on. He thought the land would be cheaper now that it was subdivided. With holes from a straight pin, a fold, and creases, the object is in good overall condition.
