A letter from Miss Alice Siddall in Midland, Texas to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. September 1913.
A typed letter where Miss Alice Siddall asks for a descriptive folder and map. Probably of North Whittier Heights, as this is the property that Mr. Hart owns and is selling. In pencil, at the bottom of the letter, is the number 4 circled as well as a date of September 25, 2013. It is presumed that Mr. Hart responded to this request on the 25th of September with draft letter 4.
There is browning at the bottom of the page, a fold in the upper left corner, creases from the letter being folded, abrasion damage on the left side, and rodent damage along the bottom and right side causing pieces to be missing. This object is in fair condition.
