Description
A letter from Mr. Goddicksen (first initials indiscernible) in Orange, California to Grover Russel in Los Angeles, California. 18 January 1915. Mr. Goddicksen thanks Mr. Russel for sending his wife's ring to his father, Peter Goddicksen, in reference to a previous letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.720). Mr. Goddicksen then gives details about leasing the Whittier Heights lot, inquiries about how Mr. Russel would set trees on the property, and asks if Mr. Russel could make a contract with the leasing party. Mr. Goddicksen inquiries about how long the piece of land at the south side is. There is a stain and discoloration along the right side of the document, a large fold at the top of the page, creasing, two tears on the right side, and pencil marks on the back side. The object is in good condition overall.
