A letter from Mr. Harold in Los Angeles, California to the Directors of the El Campo Land Company in Los Angeles, California. 23 February 1918. Mr. Harold states there will be a meeting of the El Campo Land Company's Board of Directors at the Van Nuys Building in Los Angeles, California. The date "Wednesday, February 27, 1918" has been handwritten within the paragraph. Mr. Harold explains that the goal of the meeting will be to organize the board and pass on the matter of borrowing money from he Guaranty Trust & Savings Bank. Grover T. Russell's name has been handwritten near the bottom of the document. With two holes, ink stains, minor acid burns, early signs of foxing, and a minor tear, the object is in good condition.
