Description

A letter from Mrs. R.M. Blackmon in Santa Ana, California to the Whittier Extension Company in Los Angeles, California. 23 March 1916. A two page, handwritten letter. In response to an earlier letter from the company, Mrs. Blackmon specifies that her Fresno property is still up for exchange. Regarding the company's proposition to exchange a 3.26 acre lot on Central Avenue for Mrs. Blackmon's property, Mrs. Blackmon states that she and her husband would either like to discuss the matter at the company's office on Sunday or to be sent another letter with further information. With pin holes, minor acid burns, discoloration, creases, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
