Description
A letter from N.W. Godbold in Strathmore, California to E.G. Hart. 18 December 1913.
A written letter stating that N.W. Gobbold does not have money at this time to buy property. He is expecting money to come in, as well as a return on his oranges, in the next 60 days or so. When this happens he will be happy to call and move forward. He does think the cost of the property is a little high, but he likes the property. He will see Mr. Hart between now and the 1st of March.
There are heavy creases from the letter being folded, browning along the top edge, possible rodent damage in the bottom left corner, and the back has abrasion damage along the folds. This object is in good condition overall.
