Description
A letter from N.W. Godbold in Strathmore, California to G.T. Russell in Whittier, California. 23 January 1914.
A written letter where N.W. Godbold writes that he saw the prices for the North Whittier Heights property is going to go up . He believes the present prices are too high and this will most definitely shut his out. He is planing to be in Los Angeles between the 10th and 15th of February and will stop in to see Mr. Russell. Mr. Godbold has asked that Mr. Russell send a descriptive folder to W.J. Cunningham in Comanche, Texas, P.W. Odom in Dallas, Texas, and the Padgitt Brothers Company, as it may lead to a sell.
There are creases from the letter being folded, brown spots on the left side, and abrasion damage along the folds both front and back. This object is in good condition overall.
