A typed, 2 page letter in response to a letter (object number 2017.41.1.595) asking for information on property in North Whittier Heights. A descriptive folder is being mailed under a separate cover letter. Unplanted land has been divided into tracts of 5 to 50 acres and are being sold at $400 to $800 an acre. Several acres have been planted to oranges, lemons, grapefruit or walnuts and have been divided into 5, 10, 15, and 20 acre tracts. This land is being sold for $700 to $1025 per acre. With the completion of Turnbull Canyon Road and the townsite, the value of and demand for land in North Whittier Heights will go up. Several successful citrus men have invested in the property, which shows the merit of the land. The author then lists people who have bought land so Mr. Abbott can contact them regarding the merit of the land and reputation of the company. The letter is closed with an offer to see the property.
