A letter from P. Goddicksen in Orange, California to an unknown recipient. 30 March 1915. Mr. Goddicksen thanks the recipient for sending a circular and mentions that his neighbor would like to trade for land at the Heights. Mr. Goddicksen wants the recipient to contact him if he is interested in such a deal. Mr. Goddicksen also wants to know when the recipient will use the trees that he requested so that they can be readied at the proper time. Mr. Goddicksen informs the recipient that nine lime trees will be laid during the week. With one crease from top to bottom and two from left to right as well as minor discoloration at the top left and right corners, the object is in good condition overall.
